Invoi Capital

Cash-flow backed, invoice-verified revolving line of credit for eligible VIP customers.

Invoi Capital is a cash-flow backed, invoice-verified revolving line of credit through partner banks.

Traditional SME financing in Vietnam is built around collateral and paper, not the work you already did. A typical bank loan asks for land or a house, a hard credit check, audited statements, and weeks of back-and-forth. Many growing companies are creditworthy on cash flow — they issue real VAT invoices and get paid — but they cannot (or will not) pledge the family home for a 30-day working-capital gap. So they wait on customers, delay suppliers, or turn down work.

That gap is the product problem. You have already delivered. The invoice is issued, often with a Tax Authority code. The money is coming — just not today. Unsecured, invoice-verified credit treats that receivable as the underwriting signal. No land title. No hard CIC pull. A revolving line you draw when payroll or inventory cannot wait, and repay on the schedule shown at draw.

This is where financing is going. E-invoices are no longer a PDF in a folder; they are a live, tax-verified trail of what the company sold and when it got paid. Credit that reads that trail can move with the business: the limit can grow as you invoice and repay, instead of resetting every time you reapply with last year’s statements. Owners keep their assets. Accountants keep a clean record of draws and repayments. Partner banks underwrite activity they can actually see.

Invoi Capital is that model inside the product you already use to issue invoices and match payments.

#How it works

  1. You build invoicing and payment history in Invoi.
  2. Invoi verifies your receivables and business activity to determine eligibility.
  3. Partner banks extend a revolving credit line — draw what you need, when you need it.
  4. Funds land in Invoi Balance and can be withdrawn to your business bank account.
  5. Repayments are collected from Invoi Balance on the schedule shown at draw. Interest is daily on unpaid principal; the rate is set by the partner bank and can vary. The wallet unlocks on that first draw. Each draw is a loan — see Loan details for overdue payments and how interest is calculated.

Your limit can grow as you issue more invoices and repay on time.
