Each Draw funds creates a loan: one principal, one monthly schedule, one set of terms. The revolving line stays open — you can draw again while other loans are still outstanding, up to the unused limit. See Invoi Capital.
Open Capital, then a row under Outstanding or Completed. That page is Loan details.
#How a draw becomes a loan
- On Capital, choose Draw funds.
- Enter an amount within available credit and how long the draw may stay open (1–12 months). Loan details fill in: estimated interest if paid on schedule, rate, draw date, due date, monthly installments, first payment date, and the full schedule.
- Funds land in Invoi Balance. Pick a backup bank account for installments if the wallet is short.
- Sign the agreement and Confirm loan.
The rate is set by the partner bank for that line. It can differ between banks and is shown before you sign — do not assume a published number. Unused credit has no fee.
#What you see on the loan
At the top: remaining loan balance, next payment, next payment date, payments left, and percentage repaid. Make a payment is an extra debit now — scheduled installments still run on due dates.
Loan details lists:
- Loan ID
- Draw date
- Draw amount
- Rate
- Number of installments
- Link to Loan terms and conditions
Payment method: primary is Invoi Balance. If it cannot cover a scheduled installment, the backup account covers the gap. A 6-day grace period applies before retries. Make a payment by hand debits Invoi Balance only.
Payments details filters: all installments, outstanding, completed, and transaction history. Each installment shows due date, amount, outstanding amount, and status — pending, overdue, or completed.
#How interest is calculated
The rate on the loan is fixed for that draw, but it is charged daily on unpaid principal — only for days the money is still out. Pay principal down and the next day’s interest is smaller. Pay early and you only owe interest through that day.
A monthly installment is one equal slice of principal plus the interest that accrued on the remaining balance since the last settlement (or since the draw, if nothing has been paid yet). That is why later months are usually smaller than the first: the rate did not change; the unpaid principal did.
Open Interest accrued on Make a payment for the working: unpaid principal × rate ÷ 30 × days from last payment through today.
#Overdue installments
A row is overdue when its due date has passed and that principal slice is still unpaid. Interest does not sit in a separate pile on each missed month. It is one amount: daily on all unpaid principal, from the last time interest was settled through today.
Make a payment → Overdue installment pays:
- This period’s principal (one slice)
- All interest accrued through today on the remaining principal
It does not pay the other overdue slices. Those stay overdue. After this payment, interest starts again from today on what is still out. You do not have to catch up every missed month in one go. Paying more principal sooner (a custom amount, or Remaining balance) costs less per day because less principal is outstanding.
Remaining balance is principal left plus interest through today. That closes the loan and stops interest.
#Outstanding and completed
The Capital loans table has two tabs.
- Outstanding — still owing. Open a row for the schedule and to pay extra.
- Completed — fully repaid. Details stay for the record; Make a payment is disabled.
Paying down a loan frees limit on the revolving line. On-time repayment can increase that limit over time.
#Paying
- Automatic — on each due date, from Invoi Balance, then the backup account if needed.
- Extra — Make a payment on the loan. Choose the next installment, an overdue installment (one principal slice plus all interest through today), the remaining balance, or a custom amount that reduces principal first. Confirm only if Invoi Balance covers it; otherwise Add funds first.
See Invoi Balance for topping up and withdrawing.
#Plans
Loans are part of Invoi Capital, available on VIP after eligibility review. Partner banks set terms, limits, and the schedule you sign. Ask support or Talk to Invoi if a row does not match that agreement.
