#How eSignature works
eSignature is embedded in every Invoi account — it comes with your subscription, not as an add-on. It is a cloud chữ ký số from a licensed certificate authority (I-CA), so you sign and issue invoices in the browser. You do not need a USB token for day-to-day signing.
The certificate is used in compliance with Decree 23/2025/NĐ-CP on electronic signatures and trust services — the current framework succeeding Decree 130/2018/NĐ-CP.
#Activate eSignature
To issue the certificate, open Settings → Company profile and upload identity documents that match your company record:
- Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) — front and back
- The legal representative’s CCCD (Căn cước công dân) — front and back, or a passport if that is the ID type printed on the ERC
Enter names and ID numbers exactly as they appear on the ERC. Sign the eSignature application in-app, then complete payment. Invoi issues the certificate and you can sign e-invoices from the browser.
#DK01 registration (01/ĐKTĐ-HĐĐT)
DK01 is tax form 01/ĐKTĐ-HĐĐT — the registration to use e-invoices with the General Department of Taxation, aligned with Decree 254/2026/NĐ-CP. Invoi pre-fills it from your company profile.
In the app:
- Open Settings → Company profile.
- Complete the free eSignature + DK01 flow.
- Sign digitally, or by hand with company seal, then upload.
- Track progress in-app.
Onboarding to the national tax connection may happen in controlled batches. For account-specific status, contact support.
