#I can’t sign invoices yet
Make sure eSignature and DK01 (01/ĐKTĐ-HĐĐT) registration are completed in Settings → Company profile. See eSignature & DK01.
#Bank payments aren’t matching
Matching works best when the transfer note includes your invoice series and number. See Match Payments.
#Expense sync is empty
Expenses pull invoices issued *to* your MST from the GDT portal. Confirm MST and portal password in Settings → Expenses. See Sync Expenses.
#What does Pending mean?
Pending (Đang xử lý) means the tax authority has not issued a CQT code yet. See Invoice statuses.
#How do I check if an invoice is valid?
Use the official tax portal, Tra cứu hóa đơn điện tử. See Look up invoice.
