Your email is the login. Each company is a separate legal unit with its own MST. Invoices, contacts, bank, expenses, plan, and eSignature stay inside that company. They do not mix when you switch.
This is how a founder with two TNHH uses one inbox, and how an accountant serves several clients without a second Invoi account.
#Add a company you own
- Open the account menu (your name). Under Companies, choose Add company.
- Enter the MST. Invoi looks up the registered name and address from the tax authority. You cannot add an MST that is already on this login.
- Confirm Add company. Complete eSignature & DK01 for that company before you issue invoices. Until then the row shows Verification required.
The new company starts empty. Lookup fills identity; it does not copy invoices from your other companies.
#Switch
In the same Companies list, pick the company. The check mark is the one you are in. The dashboard, invoices, and settings that follow are only that MST.
#Team members and several companies
Settings → Team invites someone into this company — not into your whole login. They get an email and sign in with their address. Roles (Admin, Accountant, Member) apply only here. See Invite Accountant.
If that person already has an Invoi login, the invited company appears in their Companies list. Same email, another MST. They switch like you do. They do not see your other companies unless you invite them there too.
Typical cases:
- You own two companies → Add company on your login for each MST
- Your accountant books three clients → each client invites that accountant’s email; the accountant switches between those three
- A staff member works at two of your companies → invite the same email on both; set the role on each
Removing someone from Team takes them off this company. Their own companies, and other invites, stay.

- Legal books stay separate — the VAT invoice always belongs to one tax number
- Accountants keep one login while clients stay isolated
- Verification, series, bank, and Capital are per company, so a second entity does not inherit the first’s certificates or credit line
